Born and raised in England, Edwina began her training at West Berkshire Ballet School.  At age 11 she was awarded the Cecchetti Society Scholarship, an honor she held for four years.  She continued her full vocational training at Central School of Ballet, London, and then after moving to the United States, received a scholarship to attend the University of Akron B.F.A. program.

In her professional carreer, Edwina has worked with The Tom Evert Dance Company, Dancing Wheels Dance Company (as a Principle Dancer), and in England, as the Artistic Director of The Newbury Contemporary Dance Company.  She has performed solo and principle roles, and worked with Choreographers Tom Evert of the Paul Taylor Dance Company, Tom Smith of the Martha Graham Company, and Sabatino Verlezza of the May O'Donnell Dance Company, as well as Jose Bustamunte, Maurico Wainrot, and Dick Kutch.  Edwina appeared in the Great Lakes Theatre Festival's Productions of "The Bakkhai" and "The Dybbuk," at the Ohio Theatre, under the direction of Gerald Freedman (the original director of "Hair").  She was honored to be a Principle Dancer in "A Celebration Of Hope" with Christopher Reeve, and appeared in "An Evening With Ben Vereen," the critically acclaimed star of Broadway and T.V.'s "Roots."

Edwina has taught at many Dance Instituitions, including The School of Dancing Wheels, The Tom Evert School, The West Berkshire Ballet School (England), Ohio Northern University, Students of Oxford University at "The Pegasus Theatre" (Oxford), and was "Artist in Residence" at Mary Hare Grammar School for the deaf and Theale Green Secondary School.

With numerous choreographic commissions under her belt, Edwina's work has been seen from Hudson, Ohio, to The Millennium Dome, London (now known as the "02" Arena in Greenwich).  Most recently, Edwina has taught at Jeanne Lynne Dance Studio in St. Petersburg, FL and Port Richey Dance Time.  She has also been on the Faculty of Florida Dance Masters Boca Raton Spring Convention and was commissioned to choreograph for "Main Attraction," Florida Dance Masters Elite Performance Company.

Edwina is a fully qualified Cecchetti Ballet Teacher holding associate status with The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, London, England.
